Yes. Quotes and estimates are free and there's no obligation.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you offer payment plans?
Yes to both. We accept all major payment types, and payment plans are available. Ask about the option that fits your budget when you get your quote.
Can I get a kitchen remodel quote the same day?
Yes. Send photos and a short description, or call, and we'll send a quote or estimate that day, then confirm everything at the walkthrough.
How do I get a price?

Do you work outside the 50-mile radius?
Call us. We look at larger projects just outside the area case by case.
Is the quote still same-day if I'm farther from Duluth?

How long does a remodel take?
It depends on scope. Your written proposal includes the timeline, and we stick to it. We work fast without cutting corners and keep you updated throughout.
Can you convert a tub to a walk-in shower?
Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most requested bathroom projects.
Who handles permits?
We'll go over permit requirements for your project in your written proposal.
Do you take smaller exterior jobs?

Do you work with property managers and investors?
Yes. We do unit turns, common-area renovations, capital improvements and value-add upgrades, with per-unit pricing available for turn packages. We've also rebuilt duplexes and single-family rentals for investors.
Do you offer per-unit pricing?
Yes. Per-unit pricing models are available for turn packages.
Can you work while residents live on site?
Yes. We plan the work around occupied communities and keep areas protected.
