Hand of Life Renovations LLC was founded in 2023 — but our story starts much earlier. Our team has been shaping Atlanta's built environment for nearly two decades, beginning in luxury residential renovation where precision and attention to detail aren't optional.
As Metro Atlanta's apartment market expanded rapidly, we recognized an opportunity: property managers and owners needed a renovation partner they could actually trust — one that could deliver consistency across dozens or hundreds of units without sacrificing quality.
Today, Hand of Life serves both homeowners who want their dream space realized and property companies who need a dependable, scalable renovation operation. The name reflects our purpose: we put our hands and our hearts into every project.
